In 2008, a series of corporate activities gave birth to Zest Air. Firstly, on 26 March AMY Holdings Corporations (AHC) acquired 99.6 percent of Asian Spirit Inc. Seeing the opportunity for growth, the new owners felt that the only way to enhance its profitability was by infusing new capital, refleeting, altering management style and innovating marketing strategies . Seven months later Zest Airways’ orange and green colors flew the Philippines skies, making way for a bigger and better airline. With the acquisition of seven new aircraft, Zest Air now successfully flies to 18 Philippine destinations. Eventually, Zest Air will take its ever growing clientele to exciting destinations in Southeast Asia.

AIRBUS A320
The founding member of the best selling Airbus single aisle family, the A320 is the world’s pioneering fly-by-wire jetliner. In addition, the aircraft has a commodious cargo hold equipped with large doors to assist in expedient loading and unloading of goods. It provides customer with added space and comfort, reduced noise levels in the community we serve and allows Zest Air to operate a more cost efficient and reliable fleet.
MA 60
The MA 60 is an advanced 50-60 seat class regional turboprop aircraft developed by Xi’an Aircraft Company of China aviation Industry Corporation I (AVICI) . Characterized by remarkable passenger comfort, operational adaptability and low operating cost the MA 60 is suitable for frequent short and medium haul commuter operations as well as multi role applications . The MA 60 can meet the increasingly demanding needs of modern transport and offer operators with the greatest operating benefits.
